Design Build
More and more owners are turning to Design Build to gain the benefits of a compressed construction schedule, better communications, enhanced vendor accountability and improved budget results.
TVR offers complete, quality design for Design Build projects. We work very closely with local engineering firms and our installations meet the highest standards in the area.
Design Assist
We are often brought into projects during design and before final documents to lend our expertise. With up-to-date technology and innovative ideas we help design teams build better buildings.
Design / Bid /Build
TVR has long been known as a solid and reliable Bid and Build contractor. We understand how to assess construction documents to provide accurate bids, and we pride ourselves on very low change orders.
Renovations / Energy Upgrades
TVR is the expert for assessing the potential value of your energy upgrade. Significant rebates are available today for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Some recent projects have resulted in little or no cost to the owner (after rebate) and tremendous energy saves. See the Mission Aviation example.
Sales, Service & Repair
Our HVAC and refrigeration teams are also available to fine-tune or repair building and residential systems, including emergencies. We work on virtually any type of system, whether or not TVR was the original installer, and everything from the latest technology to buildings and systems more than 100 years old.
Preventative Maintenance
TVR manages and implements preventative maintenance contracts for all types of projects and facilities, including commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Our HVAC and refrigeration teams are especially well known for helping owners realize greater efficiency and longer lives from their systems.
System Support
Commissioning Services – TVR provides expert commissioning upon project completion. Our “start up” procedure and accompanying checklist ensure proper performance and extended life for building systems. Then, after tenants move in, we test and rebalance the systems to accommodate the real environment of actual heating and cooling loads.
Building management controls – TVR manages online connections to many building systems to provide immediate analysis and adjustments. The building management software is managed by TVR to provide this ongoing service.
