How We Work
We believe projects that run smoothly result in buildings that work well. We continually strive to improve our processes. We reward and encourage problem solving, creative thinking and good communications, both within our team and with our clients.
A culture of straightforward dealing is inherent in our company. It comes from the top and is practiced at every level of skill and support. We develop long-term relationships with clients and employees built on quality, trust and high expectations.
We complete our projects in a timely manner. Our company size of about 75 people allows flexibility in staffing, and when needed we will move staff to boost production.
Our sophisticated data systems also help manage the process. From bidding through construction our manager and supervisors know exactly where we are in the project.
Our turn over is very low and many of our skilled craftsman have spent all or most of their careers with TVR. Some people call our approach “Old School.” We call it best practices.
