Leadership
Darin Driscoll, CEO
20+ years of HVAC system design experience including installation, controls, fabrication, refrigeration, project management, trouble shooting and consulting.
Brandon Sorensen, President
15+ years of general construction experience. 10 years specializing in HVAC project management, customer relations, contractions and construction management.
Dave Tully, Vice President
10+ years of experience in construction specializing in project estimating, scheduling and coordinating with other contractors on the job. Lead supervisor over TVR crews and on-the-job representative.
Team
The TVR staff of 75 includes designers, fabricators, installers, safety instructors, and support personnel. Turn over is very low and when hiring, we look for these outstanding qualities:
