TVR’s ground breaking design/build services on this project earned a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) of 27 which is incredibly efficient.  This system achieves such efficiencies using the ground water directly under the building as a coolant and incorporates multiple Energy and Heat Recovery Units (ERVs).  Water source heat pumps pump out the ground water which runs across the cooling coils, through the heat rejection loop and then back into the ground.

The residential HVAC systems included high efficiency heat pump split systems. Home Heating and air conditioning installation was done by our HVAC residential services in downtown Boise Idaho.

TVR provided design/build mechanical services on this LEED silver project. This unit has a large AAON rooftop unit with built in heat recovery wheel and evaporative condenser. This was a key component to gaining the LEED silver award.

Front 5 Building Renovation, Boise, ID

Design/Build: Installed high efficiency rooftop package units, exposed spiral ducting, low VOC materials, and exhaust systems. LEED-NC Certified / Design Build.

This project was the first LEED project certified new construction green building for the State of Idaho Design Build. Having a LEED project certification verifies that a building project meets the highest green building and performance standards.
